In Bergen, we have apartments in Damsgårdssundet and Altonagaten 1. Most are located close to the bridge “Småpudden,” giving you easy access on foot across the water into the city center. The light rail from the airport stops at Danmarksplass, just a few minutes’ walk from all our apartments. Bus stops are also within walking distance. Parking spaces in a garage can also be rented. In Bergen, we offer apartments with 1, 2, and 3 bedrooms.

How much does it cost to rent an apartment in Bergen?

Most of our guests are corporate clients with agreements, but we also rent to private individuals and tourists. If your company wants a corporate rental agreement, you can contact us here. For stays up to 30 nights, we use a dynamic pricing model. Prices are always updated on our website. For stays over 30 nights, we offer fixed rates depending on apartment size and location. Prices are always given per night.

What is included in the rental price?

All apartments are fully furnished with open-plan living rooms and kitchens, equipped with fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and everything needed for cooking. All apartments have separate bedrooms (no studios). Weekly cleaning, fresh towels and bed linen, and washing machine in each unit are included. A starter pack (toilet paper, detergent, soap, etc.) is provided at arrival.

You’ll have your own private high-speed WiFi and cable TV. All apartments are located in new buildings with modern standards for fire safety, soundproofing, ventilation, and have balconies and elevators. Grocery stores, cafés, restaurants, shops, and public transport (bus, tram, train, airport express) are close by. Parking, storage, and mailbox rental are also available.

Check-in is contactless, with keys and maps collected from a key box.
