How much does it cost to rent an apartment?

Most of our guests stay for work-related reasons and have a corporate agreement, but we also welcome private individuals and tourists. Companies can contact us for a corporate rental agreement.

  • Short stays (up to 30 nights): Dynamic pricing. Prices are updated in real-time on our website.

  • Longer stays (over 30 nights): Fixed prices, which decrease the longer you stay. Prices vary by apartment size (1, 2, or 3 bedrooms) and location. All prices are quoted per night.

  • 60–90 days

  • 90–180 days

  • 180+ days


What is included in the rental price?

All apartments are fully furnished and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay:
