City - Kungsgatan
With an excellent location on Kungsgatan in the centre of Linköping, and just 300 metres from the central station and the main square, you’ll find Vander/ Sky Hotel Apartments City. It’s our unique hotel concept in a brand-new building with 82 hotel apartments. Just like at home, the kitchen refrigerator/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, and the utensils you require. The bathrooms are fully tiled, with shower. The rooms also have free WiFi and TV with Chromecast, so you can both work and relax.
Tornet
Enjoy the best views from Linköping's tallest building -Tornet. Just an eight-minute walk from the central station is Sky Hotel Apartments Tornet. It offers 70 hotel apartments of different sizes on six floors. If you want a really gorgeous view, you should book our rooms on Top Floor, on floors 15 and 16. Check-in takes place via Self Service Check-in where you collect your key via our key box in the lobby. All rooms have a fully equipped kitchen.
Executive
For an even higher standard, and a unique location we have apartments by the small square Hospitalstorget. Valla Berså
On of our locations is popular Valla where you find our apartments at Valla Berså. A striking, round, sustainable building located halfway between the city’s main square and the university/Mjärdevi Science Park. Here we have 23 furnished apartments: a few studios, but mostly two-bedrooms, where you can bring your family or share with a colleague, to cut costs.

How much does it cost to rent an apartment?
Most of our guests stay for work-related reasons and have a corporate agreement, but we also welcome private individuals and tourists. Companies can contact us for a corporate rental agreement.

Short stays (up to 30 nights): Dynamic pricing, similar to hotels. Prices are updated in real-time on our website.

Longer stays (over 30 nights): Fixed prices, which decrease the longer you stay. Prices vary by apartment size (studio, 1, or 2 bedrooms). All prices are quoted per night.

Is this the same as Airbnb?
No. Vander Apartments is a professional operator with over 10 years of experience. Unlike Airbnb, where most rentals are private, we provide a fully staffed organization with booking, cleaning, security, and administration.
Our apartments are standardized, professional, and safe, with no private belongings or uncertain cleanliness. You always know what to expect and can rely on a high-quality, predictable stay.
