Bjørvika Apartments have exclusively new apartments that have been built over the last 10 years. New apartments have completely different building standards for fire safety, ventilation, sound and heat insulation than older buildings. In addition, there are elevators in all buildings and balconies in all units. All our apartments are also fully equipped with all appliances and dishes you need to make your own food to be found in the kitchen, as well as a washing machine in the bathroom (no communal laundries).

Bjørvika Apartments have all apartments located in the city centre, and with a short walking distance from our office, as well as airport trains and all public transport. For us, it is important to offer high availability and service for our customers, both at check-in and along the stay. All of the apartments have possibiity for contactless check-in. We will assist you with clear instructions along the way.

When you live with us you can expect:

• Fully furnished and equipped apartments with everything included in the rental price.
• Open plan living room and kitchen, with fridge, freezer, dishwasher and washing machine.
• Your security is our focus and we are always available. Our opening hours are 9:00 to 21:00 during the weekdays and 10:00 to 18:00 during weekends and holidays. Outside our opening hours a security service is available in case of emergencies.
• If you arrive outside opening hours in Oslo you can pick up your key in one of our key boxes outside our office. This needs to be agreed upon in advance. In Trondheim, Bergen and Tromsø check-in is contactless.
• Own washing machine in the bathroom. No common laundry rooms.
• Starter package on arrival with: Toilet paper, hand soap and washing detergent for dishwasher and washing machine.
• Private high speed Wifi and cable TV with 40-60 channels.
