Unfortunately, it is not possible to choose a specific apartment. You are welcome to let us know if you have any preferences in terms of address, floor number etc. and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Yes, all tenants have to be older than 25 years or be part of a family.

We have long experience with all kinds of insurance cases and cooperate with several insurance companies. If you need a temporary place to stay due to damages caused by water or fire, renovation etc., contact us and arrange everything directly with your insurance company.

We take a security deposit upon arrival in addition to the rent on a valid credit card. 

Should you want to extend your stay with us it is important that you let us know as soon as possible before your original departure date. As long as we have available apartments it is no problem to extend your reservation. Please contact us on or +47 21 38 01 88.

Our 14 days cancellation policy is valid in every circumstance. That means that should you be unavoidably detained from using your rented apartment from us, you must contact your insurance company and check if they can cover your expenses.

We have a 14 days amendment and cancellation deadline. As we are renting out apartments and are not a hotel is our cancellation period longer. That means that you can cancel or change a reservation free of charge up to 14 days before arrival. Should you want to cancel your reservation with less than 14 days until arrival, you will be charged for the next 14 days .

We accept payment by credit card, LinkPay or invoice. We do not accept cash payment. Shorter bookings must be payed in full 14 das before arrival. For longer bookings, we can split the payment into monthly intervals as required. If you do not have a contract with us and want to pay by invoice, we need a deposit reserved on a credit card which will be released at check out. Please note that it can take a few days from the money is realesed until you see it on your account depending on your bank.

We charge a security deposit during arrival, which will be refunded at departure after inspection of the apartment.
